Micromax to launch Android ICS tablet priced below 10K

Micromax is renowned for bringing the new age technological gadgets at a staggeringly low price to the customers. The latest attempt of the Indian company is a tablet, which runs the latest Android operating system ICS and is 7 inch in size. It is expected to reach Indian market by March 21st.

The tablet known as the Micromax-P-300 has a capacitive multi touch LCD TFT screen. It also sports a rear camera of 0.3MP. The tablet has a Li-Polymer battery, which is capable to provide the users with a work time of around 4 hours.


The tablet has A10 processor, which is complimented by a 512MB RAM. The P-300 has a 4GB on board memory which can be furthered till 32GB via microSD. It supports both Wi-Fi and 3G and does have a SIM slot. For those who want to explore videos on the Internet it has Adobe Flash Player on offer. For audio support it has MP3, WMA, OGV, 3GP, Wav, FLAC, AAC and for video it has MEPG 4, AVI and MKV.

The best thing that it has to bestow on the users is the dirt cheap price tag that it comes out with; yes it is priced under the 10 thousand mark. Will this product turn the nascent Indian Tablet market upside down or not, only time will tell!
