HTC Introduces the New HTC One Series



HTC has again created sensation in the mobile phone market by announcing the HTC One Series. The new range of phones looks promising as they are said to be delivering most premium mobile experience through the iconic design, amazing camera, and authentic sound experience.

So, what are the new things HTC has got to offer in the One Series:
All HTC One Series phones will be packed with latest Android Ice Cream Sandwich OS and the new HTC Sense 4 UI.

HTC is going all gaga about the camera functionality of One Series phones. And of course, some revolutionary changes have been introduced, when we talk about camera of these phones. HTC has improved every part of the camera, be it lens, sensor, or software. A new HTC ImageChip has also been integrated in the device. All these will result in faster image capture and clicking of better images in adverse lighthing conditions.

The superfast capture feature of HTC One phones will enable you to click a photograph in 0.7 seconds and the camera will autofocus in just 0.2 seconds. It will enable you to take lot many continuous shots by pressing the shutter button.

There is a dramatic enhancement in the image capture quality. With the new improved camera, you will be able to click pictures in low light, no light, or with bright backlight. HTC One X and HTC One has have f/2.0 lens, which is known to capture 40 percent more light than the f/2.4 lens present in most of the high-end phones.

The HDR technology of these phones will enable you to capture great photos even at varying brightness levels. And with the Video Pic feature, you will be able to capture a picture as well as record a video at the same time. Moreover, you can also capture a photoframe from the previously recorded video.

Users will get Dropbox integrated with HTC Sense 4, which will offer you 25GB of free storage space for two years. You can store 10,000 high quality photos and access them from anywhere.

Another great feature is the Wireless Media Link HD connectivity. The moment you will plug-in the Media link HD accessory into the HDMI port of a TV, you will be able to share digital content with everyone. The connection will be established regardless of the brand of television you have because the only requirement of the feature is HDMI port.

Now, comes the turn of sound technology used in HTC One phones. All the devices come with Beats By Dr. Dre Audio, which results in richer and more authentic sound production. Whether you are listening to a music track, playing a game, or watching a YouTube video, the sound experience delivered would be fantastic.

HTC Car Stereo Clip feature brings mobile music to the sound system of your car. You will be able to play music from any application on the phone through the speakers of car.

On the sound front, HTC has also introduced the new, customizable Music Hub.

The New Additions

HTC One X

HTC One X is a super lightweight phone with Polycarbonate unibody, high gloss piano finish, and matte back. It has a 4.7 inch display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection. The phone comes with 1.5GHz Super-4-PLUS-1 quadcore processor and high performance 12-core NVIDIA GPU. HTC One X will also be available in selected 4G LTE markets with LTE enabled Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor with up to 1.5GHz dual-core CPUs.

HTC One S

So far, the thinnest HTC phone with 7.9mm unibody design. HTC One S has 4.3 inch display with Corning Gorilla Glass for scratch resistance. The phone has up to 1.5GHz dualcore Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor.

HTC has not refrained itself from doing some experiment with the finish of the phone. HTC One S will be available in two new finishes:
  • First one is an ultra-matte black ceramic metal surface made by microarc oxidation process. It is four times harder than anodized aluminum body.
  • Second finish is light-to-dark gradient fade.

HTC One V

The phone looks similar to HTC Legend and also has an aluminum unibody design. It has a 3.7 inch display and touch sensitive controls. Powered by 1GHz processor and 512MB RAM, HTC One V has 4GB internal memory and 32GB expansion capacity.

As revealed by HTC, it will begin shipping the new range HTC One in April globally through more than 165 carriers and distributors.
